To any BT Infinity Broadband User if you are offered a new Home Hub 4 Avoid it like the plague!!! I have had 2 of these devices now…. and BOTH were just completely unreliable…. Reverted back to my Trusty Home Hub 3 and everything works properly and at the expected infinity speed!!! wish I had read this before having one sent out to me!!! You might as well have Dial up rather than use a Home Hub 4!!!
