Digital Direct contacted Hemel Web Design at the end of January 2021 because they had been experiencing numerous issue with their site and wanted it redesigned. Hemel Web Design completed a Audit of the site. Following on from this digital direct wanted us to deliver the recommendation of our report which addressed issues with regards to hosting as well as integration with other system. Once the site had been moved to our hosting solution and was performing in a stable environment then further work has started to develop both onsite and off site SEO activities to improve the visibility of the store to develop and grow online sales.
